I'll be changing my mobile number from next friday (9 feb), just to let you all know. Good bye to Singtel which does not take care of old customers (booooooo for sales targets). Good bye to free incoming calls ending in Dec 2007. Hello cheaper bills (hopefully) and extended free incoming calls (yay!)
Unfortunately, while transferring my contacts from my old phone to my new one, I lost half of my contacts due to some technical hiccups which I did not realise until I got home. Since I traded in my phone, there's no way I can get them back so I shall just slowly build back my contacts base.
Anyway, I'm starting to learn to cook. Not by paying for classes of course but rather hanging out at the kitchen more often and doing more hands-on. I have always called myself a theoretical cook because I sort of know how certain dishes are cooked but have never experimented with them personally. Now that I can afford the time, I shall try to develop my cooking skills! Yay!
My latin ballroom class is not bad, looking forward to the second lesson on tuesday night. The hip movements are KILLER. I think ballroom dancing can develop perfect figures. Maybe that's why all the ballroom dancers seem to have such good figures with really really long legs. Too bad some of them are snobbish-looking and seem to look down on novices like us. Blehhhhhh. Luckily I possess the ability to look right through people too. HAH TAKE THAT. *wiggle wiggle*
I'll be watching phantom of the opera in April. I'll probably swoon and melt into a puddle during the performance. Tickets are expensive though but it's a once in a lifetime experience. Sistic has lousy computer systems though. I went on 3 consecutive days and the systems were down. At least there was good customer service when it FINALLY worked.
