I had a very fruitful day shopping with Wei Jie on sat. We were actually supposed to go ubin to cycle but that was scrapped in the end. Since my interview required business formal attire, we scoured the whole of chinatown and cityhall for the Cheapest and Most Fitting blazer suits. Chinatown proved to be quite useless in that aspect (hey, we even went to OG!) and Wj wanted me to get cheena samfu suit! Hoi! business formal not equal to cheena suaku lehhhh...yep n she tried to ruin my attempt to extort $$$ fr my mum to pay for my blazer suits..too bad she failed :p :p
Found a cheap n not too bad one at Dano in the end though I really really liked the G2000 one! boos, it was twice the price of the Dano one..broke pple have no choice..sigh but yea! My darling Dorothy Perkins was having a sale! WHEEE! bought a top and shorts! and got one striped top fr Fox coz wj wanted the $3 shirt that came with any regular priced top :D
Yes, shopping is fun! and therapeutic! Spending money has a good feeling, that is, until u see ur bank account :(
I'm so happy coz after today, I'm off for the whole week! I've been looking forward to this break for months. As usual, I've got this feeling of apprehension, as I always do whenever I'm going away. I guess you never know what you might meet and ur ability to cope with it but we just gotta make do with whatever things we encounter. I shall take this trip as a practise before I head off to Europe, hopefully next yr. :D
I realised I haven't gone dancing for ages. Really kinda miss it, so I shall go soon, perhaps when I return from overseas. I must now go and find out what liquids I can bring aboard. :)
