Part 1 (at work)
I felt like writing, just coz I haven't had for a long time. The thought of picking up a pen and aligning my thoughts to logical coherence repels me but of course...practising on occasion will prevent rust :)
Shopping! I wanna go shopping! Ah ma and I got a lot of things we wanna buy, like shorts n weird items under the clothing category. Yup, off we go to phuket! Land of thousand smiles + beach + sun + fun! It's quite exciting, I mean, after spending so many years talking about going on a holiday together, we are finally doing it, although we had grander plans back then.
Seafood platter for 3 consumed by 2 is quite scary I realised, think of all the oil n unhealthiness! Haha but the mussels were so good. Hmmm I wonder if the restauarant will be stunned if I tell them I just want mussels for the platter. Lol.
It was raining heavily when I went to work this morning. Due to the severe threat of being drenched like an unglam chicken, I chose to take a bus, and man, taking a bus at peak hour requires tactics! Must chiong n squeeze while some inconsiderate idiots take up too much space inside without wanting to move in. If they wanna take up so much space, they must be super FAT.
Part 2 (back home)
Just finished helping wj with her law essay. I'm so proud of myself! n her! lol hmm i've a craving for pasta! It's been a long time since I went to pastamania but funny thing is, i only eat a select few things there: cozze, bolognaise, tortelli n lasagna. And I don't ever get sick of eating those. Maybe I should go cook some bolognaise myself this weekend.
I didn't like the blazer my mum brought back so she told me to go buy my own. Bleh, she finds the one I like at G2000 too ex though...sigh..I guess it boils down to who's paying (not me not me! I hope...) Looking smart is important for interviews and I do think that a well-fitting blazer is a good investment. I can wear it to official functions or to work next time, an appropriate idea judging fr where I'ld work (hopefully) in the future.
Tml's gonna be a looong day at work coz everyone would be rushing for weekend vessel. Considering the helter-skelter maniac that I was already today, I wish myself good luck. Well, having work is better than having no work I guess.
Anyway, fun things lined up ahead include: pink longkau dinner! union! ubin cycling! and..PHUKET! wheee!
I wanna squeeze in one more trip to somewhere before sch starts. I wanna go europe. boohoo.
